There is a field near our house that someone filled with flowers for the bees in their hives. They allow people to go walk around it.

Briar was really upset when I tried to put her down. Not really sure why - she loves flowers.

fourth of july

We had a breakfast picnic at a park on the fourth of July.

And later we went to another park in Lancaster for another picnic and a concert and fireworks.

Poor sick fevered Briar. She slept though all the fireworks.

She's very proud to be wearing two pairs of shoes. She reminds me of this guy.

Crosby wanted his hair spiked but it turns out he doesn't like having Jell-o in his hair. He asked me the other day to give him a mohawk that does not include Jell-o.
