Gage found Piper a purple necklace in an empty campsite. It was quite exciting.
He was sitting up and looking around and then just fell over asleep.
A northern walking stick. We didn't see too much wildlife. A walking stick and tons of daddy long legs and stink bugs. We also saw a few squirrels and some bluebirds. I heard an owl in the middle of the night and we saw some sort of diving bird. We couldn't get a good enough look at it to identify it. Rory says she did, but any one she sees in the book that she thinks it might be doesn't live anywhere near here.
